  • 1 Teaspoon of Dried Parsley
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Pinch of Nutmeg
  • 3 Boiled Eggs, grated
  • 2 Medium Potatoes

Instructions:

  1. Begin by slicing the onions into thin strips and spreading them evenly in a baking tin. Drizzle with olive oil and set aside.

  4. Transfer the burger patties onto the baking tin with the onions.
  5. Top each patty with the grated boiled eggs.
  6. Grate the potatoes and sprinkle them over the egg-topped burgers.
  7. Finish by adding 50g of grated mozzarella cheese on top of each burger.
  8. Drizzle mayonnaise over the burgers, according to your taste.
  9. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the burgers for 30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  10. Serve these delicious and flavorful burgers hot from the oven. Enjoy!
