Ingredients:
- 2 Onions
- 500g of Ground Beef
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon of Sweet Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon of Dried Parsley
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Pinch of Nutmeg
- 3 Boiled Eggs, grated
- 2 Medium Potatoes
- 300g of Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- Mayonnaise, to Taste
Instructions:
- Begin by slicing the onions into thin strips and spreading them evenly in a baking tin. Drizzle with olive oil and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, dried parsley, crushed garlic cloves, and nutmeg. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Take a portion of the seasoned meat and shape it into a ball, then flatten into a burger patty. Repeat to make 6 patties.
- Transfer the burger patties onto the baking tin with the onions.
- Top each patty with the grated boiled eggs.
- Grate the potatoes and sprinkle them over the egg-topped burgers.
- Finish by adding 50g of grated mozzarella cheese on top of each burger.
- Drizzle mayonnaise over the burgers, according to your taste.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the burgers for 30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Serve these delicious and flavorful burgers hot from the oven. Enjoy!
